Simple, interactive, online micro-journal book with AI: Micro-Journaling: On Reflectr, you can jot down your thoughts super quickly, kind of like posting on social media, but it's all private. It's like having a mini journal diary or a special book just for your thoughts. Using Reflectr makes it easy to write more often and be honest about how you feel. It's the best journal diary notebook for keeping track of your emotions and mood. AI Integration: The app uses AI in three cool ways. First, AI personalities chat with you, making journaling fun. Second, AI helps sort and organize your entries, so you don't have to do it yourself. Lastly, you can talk to your journal and ask it questions to get better insights. It's like having an online journal diary book with a lock where you can chat with your journal diary every day. More about the features: AI personalities: You're not alone in your journaling process. Our personalities will comment on your AI notebook posts and also provide daily and weekly affirmations, recommendations, and motivations. All based on your posts. Choose from AI personalities such as philosopher, optimist, comedian, realist, skeptic, contrarian, analyst, and dreamer. AI-introspect: Reflectr offers a special diary just for you where you can write about your experiences. It helps you think more about your thoughts and ideas. After you've written for a while, you can look back and ask your diary questions about what you wrote, like what's on your mind or things you're thankful for. It's like having a daily diary for writing—a diary journal app with a lock and you can chat with your journal whenever you want! AI-assisted writing styles: Just write down your thoughts or talk into the app to record them. You can even choose how you want your writing to look with the help of AI. Reflectr is a private digital space where you can keep your self-care journal online. Don't worry about spelling or making everything perfect—let the AI fix it for you! AI-based mood calendar: Write down anything you're thinking about, and at the end of each day, the app will show your mood based on what you wrote. You can see your mood trends on the calendar, giving you a full picture of how you feel each day in your private digital space. Automatic categorization of posts: Just write whatever's on your mind, and Reflectr will sort it out for you. Whether it's a reminder, a note, an idea, or anything else, Reflectr is like my journal diary online, and the AI will sort your posts for you. You don't have to make folders or stress about organizing—it's all taken care of. Also, you can search by category to find your reminders, ideas, and more easily! a wonderful use of AI, one that actually helps your health without being horribly expensive. sweet, comforting, and this app has helped me figure out a lot of my own issues. premium isn't necessary but the features are even more helpful, and it's not expensive at all compared to a lot of other AI subscriptions!

I am not sure about the profiles. The free three aren't that good, however, I love the app itself. The feature of clean up is great enough. Journaling gets messy, and I don't like that, and this app solves it. And yes, the ai mood detection is a bonus, since I don't manually do such bothersome things. I like it. It definitely better than normal ai free journaling.

The best journal app I've ever used. For me, the premium+ is worth it, because having various AI profiles (personalities) share their thoughts on your entries freely, inspires your creativity. Also aligns very nicely with 'Thinking hats' methology. But the best part, obviously, is the ability to literally chat with my journal. I've just started using the app, and there are limits like char limit in entries, but overall it's the best thing in business, at least till NotebookLM launches everywhere

I 100% recommend it. It serves its purpose as journal with the help of an AI that makes writing, reflection, and mood tracking automated and easier. Areas to improve includes adding a functionality that allows to post on missed dates, add multiple pictures in a post, manually edit mood (to guide the AI), and comment on AI questions (to add context).

4/18/25 Excited to see 2 new personalities added. Only problem with that is I don't get to have all of the personalities at once. When I included Explorer and Listener, Contrarian got left out, despite my setting to include him. Also wish the character length capacity of entries could be increased.

I like how the app can help rewrite my posts using different tones - this helps me see things from different perspectives that are more optimistic than mine. I also like how the AI suggestions on my posts help give me new directions to work on - often these are directions that did not occur to me. The ads after 10-day trial are reasonably bearable. Wish I can upload multiple photos, audio and videos in a post though.

Wow! That's something, really! But for me personally, something less abstract in responses would be much appreciated. I think it would be awesome to add a character that gives concrete calls to action — like, some small steps to achieve etc. And promise, had I some money, I'd definitely subscribe to the premium plan!

Really good app and the idea of using ai to help you reflect is amazing. Keep up the good work! I really wish there's the ability to add multiple images to one post that would be so useful. Also for some reason the notification time setting doesn't save so when you exit the app it resets to evening only, not sure if that's only a issue on my end.

Insight reads "It's fascinating how humor and introspection can coexist in your journaling." I have made zero entries. This is not AI if it's feeding scripted "responses". Zero inputs should give zero results. LOL

Reflectr is a bit clunky and laggy on both my Android and iOS devices. However, I absolutely love the idea and also conscious that it's a fairly new product, so I can't wait to see how it'll evolve in the future! more specific recommendations: 1. Web version 2. Personalisation options including themes, AI names and profile pics 3. There seem to be separate journal entry, notes and to-do lists tabs but I'm not sure how to use them or they don't work. 4. Moods don't show on calendar.

I liked it at first, it's a good idea to have a safe-space for journaling and still get feedback from different perspectives. However, it didn't take long for me to become frustrated with having to explain the same thing (situations, relations, ideas) over and over again because there is no learning curve. If there was a way to pre-inform the AI about context, the reflection would actually make sense. But like this, it's only scratching the surface.
